Start with the largest vehicles or pieces of equipment you need to store, then consider the room you need to move and work around them. Door height and width matter as well as the overall floor area. Tell us how you expect to enter the building and whether equipment needs to pass through it.
Once we understand your plans and budget, we work with you to choose a building. When you are happy with the scope, we put a contract together before starting construction. Utilities must be available at the site for the work, and some projects require you to provide engineered plans. We will discuss those responsibilities with you.

Is a pole barn quote free?
Yes. Share the property location, intended use, approximate dimensions, budget and when you would like to build. We use that information to quote a building you can build within your budget. The building and scope are agreed in a contract before work starts.
Who provides utilities and engineered plans?
You need to have utilities available at the site for us to use. Depending on the project, you may also be responsible for providing engineered plans. We will discuss what is needed for your building before work begins.
